A step by step guide on how our measurements are taken

SLEEVE LENGTH
CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE
BACK LENGTH

SLEEVE LENGTH

Measure from the centre of the collar to the shoulder seam, then measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve and combine these measurements

CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE

Lay the garment flat and double the measurement between the lowest point of the arm seams

BACK LENGTH

The length at the centre back, from the base of the collar to the hem

Riqueribiza.com works with the Spanish Royal postal service and offer deliveries in the 5 continents.

Delivery

Riquer Ibiza will inform the user about the delivery date prior the completion of the purchasing process.
Riquer Ibiza does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a good purchased at riqueribiza.com, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of good(s) for an exchange or refund by following the steps outlined below.

Goods must be returned in their original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Goods must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.

Returned or exchanged goods must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. No refund or exchange will be processed for goods that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
